I have successfully project managed the implementation of a number of financial packages on behalf of employers and clients, including:

  • Initial diagnostic reports to identify current system weaknesses and recommend remedies
  • Preparation of financial systems specifications
  • Canvassing, shortlisting and selection of financial packages on behalf of clients
  • “Design” of financial system structures, flows, reports and charts of accounts
  • Management of the implementation and training processes and hand over to client staff

Financial “Firefighting” and interim management

My broad industry experience means that I can quickly and efficiently fill senior financial positions on a short to medium term or extended basis (either part time or full time) to help alleviate problems arising from unforseen departures, crisis situations or simply to ensure that your financial projects or tasks are completed on schedule.
